I often hear people discussing how meditation can help solve their problems in life and I have seen arguments and conflicts about what meditation can do on a practical level. I will not try to deviate from the physical reality that we live in and go into the esoteric one.
I will keep it simple and I will tell you how I see it from my point of view. When we meditate the brain creates a powerful connection with the nervous system and with all parts of the physical body. All particles known and unknown to science go into action and converge into a powerful unit – an inner coherence. From that point thoughts, feelings and actions may alight with the desires and hopes of an individual and to propel him/her into massive action led by the mind-body intelligence – thus guiding the person to the right decision.
On the question: can meditation solve my problems? Meditation can be very useful in our lives and opens possibilities for us – helping us to solve some of our problems. But…are we aware of the solution to our problems… remember – sometimes the solution is in front of our noses. Can we see it?

Before I describe these ways I want to point something out – all meditation music can help with stress and relaxation. There is no fixed meditation music track focused on one thing only. You get benefits even if you listen to meditation music not related to relaxation and stress issues.
Let me tell you how meditation music may diminish stress and induce relaxation.
1. The relaxing music for stress generates a sound that influences our brain and our nervous system in a positive way. Our brains shift between a few frequencies during the day and the calming meditation music for stress switches this wonderful organ into a more relaxed frequency.
2. The relaxing music permeates the human aura – the invisible field around us and creates healing waves. These healing waves converge into our physical body through the pores of the skin thus creating a healing inner environment.
